I live in Tucson, Arizona with my husband, spunky little two year old boy, and sweet rescue dog. I have degrees in both business and education and have worked in the childcare and teaching fields for many years. I've worked with all ages from infant all the way up through the fifth grade!

As a preschool teacher of many years and now lucky mom of a preschool-aged child, I love to create fun crafts and units for all preschool ages.

As a strong advocate for all things health and wellness, and aspiring nutrition coach, I also enjoy creating fun food for my toddler to eat with as many whole and unprocessed foods as possible (that doesn't mean we never treat him to a bite of ice cream!)

I love reading to gain new skills (especially in business and finance), watching sitcoms (Friends, anyone?), hiking, and almost anything else outdoors. One day I would love to take a road trip with my family around the US! My favorite colors are black and pastels, and my favorite animals are polar bears and birds.

1. I'm a Geography nerd and know a song for the countries on every continent. I made up the Asia song with my sister!

2. I'm an avid Harry Potter fan and love it so much that my husband got me a Harry Potter cookbook for my birthday, and I dream about creating a mini play castle one day.

3. I watch HGTV and sometimes reality TV while I do daily chores- it helps motivate me to keep going! Side note: I'd rather clean a bathroom than a kitchen any day. What would you rather clean?

4. I taught five teenagers how to drive. I'm a pretty patient person! (most of the time)

5. I grew up on the East coast and lived in Colorado for twelve years before I got married. Since moving to Arizona after getting married, I feel water-starved, and look at pictures of beach homes in Florida just to keep me going!
